WE SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH EPIONE GROUP

We have signed a construction works contract with the EPIONE Group. The subject of the contract is the construction of a building with a hotel, service and office function with an underground car park and technical infrastructure. The implementation of the investment will take place under the supervision of the Municipal Conservator of Monuments.

  • Construction duration: 25 months;
  • Number of hotel rooms: 250;
  • Number of floors above ground: 7.
