We have signed a contract for a residential development in Sucha Beskidzka

We have signed a contract for a residential development involving the construction of three multi-family buildings on Płk. Tadeusza Semika Street in Sucha Beskidzka.

The project involves the construction of three modern multi-family buildings with full technical infrastructure and landscaping. The project will create a total of 114 apartments of various sizes.

“Chemobudowa – Kraków” S.A. is responsible for the comprehensive implementation of construction works, including the construction of residential buildings, supporting infrastructure, and landscaping.

This is another project that aligns with “Chemobudowa – Kraków” S.A. long-standing practice of implementing investments that shape the residential space,” said Ziemowit Borowczak, Vice President and Member of the Management Board for Investment and Development at “Chemobudowa – Kraków” S.A.

The planned completion date for construction works is October 2027.
