We have completed the development on Torowa Street in Skawina, whose investor is PFR Nieruchomości. The development has been completed, and the first tenants have already received the keys to their apartments. The development was developed in collaboration with the Municipality of Skawina.
The development comprises 190 apartments in five buildings. The units have been designed with comfortable and functional living in mind. Some apartments are turnkey and equipped with the necessary furnishings and appliances, while others are left for future tenants to customize.
The development also features common spaces and amenities that enhance residents’ daily comfort, including parking spaces, bicycle storage, a stroller storage area, a playground, and green areas. The apartments in the development are primarily two- and three-bedroom units, each with a balcony, terrace, or garden. Chemobudowa-Kraków S.A. was the general contractor for the project. “This is an investment that combines solid workmanship with functionality and everyday comfort. As the general contractor, we are pleased to have handed over a space designed with the real needs of residents in mind.
