Topping out ceremony at the construction site on Sengera street in Warsaw

We have topped out the construction site on Michała Sengera “Cichego” Street in Warsaw’s Ursynów district. This is an important milestone, symbolically marking the completion of construction work and the achievement of the building’s target height.
The investor is Marvipol Development S.A. As part of the project, we are constructing a multi-family residential building with commercial units on the ground floor, an underground garage, and the necessary technical infrastructure.
The building will comprise 56 apartments. The building will have nine above-ground levels and four underground levels, which will house a garage and technical facilities.
