We have signed a contract with Spravia for the implementation of a residential project in Krakow

We have signed a contract with developer Spravia for the general contracting of the Osiedle Dobre Strony residential project on Obozowa Street in Krakow.

As part of the project, we will construct three modern residential buildings comprising a total of 255 units with a usable area of ​​12,696 m². Construction will begin on June 1, 2026, and completion, including obtaining an occupancy permit, is scheduled for 27 months from the commencement date.

Osiedle Dobre Strony is a project that addresses the diverse needs of residents. The offer includes apartments of various layouts and sizes, from compact studios to spacious family apartments, including duplexes. The project also incorporates solutions that enhance the daily comfort of families with children, seniors, and people with limited mobility.

We are pleased to be participating as the general contractor in the implementation of another residential project in Krakow.
