WE SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH SPRAVIA GLOGERA SP. Z O.O.

We have signed a General Contracting Agreement with Spravia Glogera Sp. z o.o. The subject of the agreement is the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with an underground garage and technical infrastructure.

  • Location: 30 and 30A Glogera St., Kraków;
  • Construction duration: 22 months;
  • Number of apartments: 128;
  • PUM: 5 800 m2;
  • Number of above-ground floors: 4.
