We signed an agreement with PHN S.A.
We have signed an agreement with Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. for the third phase of the Osiedle Młoda Białołęka residential development in Warsaw. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
Stage third will comprise six buildings with four floors above ground and one underground level. A total of 174 apartments are planned, with a variety of layouts – from one- to three-room apartments – and areas ranging from approximately 30 to nearly 70 square meters. The units are designed with kitchenettes and feature spacious balconies and terraces. Ground-floor apartments will have private gardens. Above-standard ceiling heights (2.9 meters) and extensive glazing will ensure ample natural light.
“The third phase of Osiedle Młoda Białołęka is part of Polski Holding Nieruchomości’s consistently implemented development strategy for residential projects. This investment is a prime example of our approach to creating modern, comfortable, and occupant-friendly spaces.” We consistently focus on quality, functionality, and the long-term value of our projects,” said Jacek Krawczykowski, Vice President of the Management Board for Investments at Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A.
The investment schedule assumes completion within 19 months of handing over the construction site to the general contractor. Apartment sales are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of this year.
“We are very pleased with this next project for the PHN Group, of which “Chemobudowa – Kraków” S.A. is a member. We are embarking on this investment with full organizational readiness, drawing on the experience gained from hundreds of thousands of square meters of our projects. We appreciate the investor’s trust and the opportunity to co-create a project that enhances Warsaw’s residential space,” said Ziemowit Borowczak, Vice President and Member of the Management Board for Investments and Development at “Chemobudowa – Kraków” S.A.
