We signed an agreement with Instal Kraków S.A.

We are happy to announce the signing with Instal Kraków S.A. investment agreement regarding the construction of Stage IV at The Vistula Spit Street in Cracow. We will build a two-segment residential building with underground garages, parking spaces, accompanying infrastructure and 207 apartments of various sizes.

The works will last until the end of the second quarter of 2025.

The investment is located in the attractive district of Kraków – Podgórze, right next to the beautiful Bagry Reservoir.
