We are building a new Four Points by Sheraton in Poznań

We are pleased to announce that we have signed an agreement with PHH Hotele Sp. z o.o. for the implementation of an investment project in Poznań. As the general contractor, we will carry out a comprehensive modernization of the Ikar Hotel, part of the Polish Hotel Holding Group.

The aim of the project is to adapt the property to the requirements of Marriott International and achieve a four-star standard. Upon completion, the hotel will operate under the Four Points by Sheraton brand and offer:

• 156 comfortable rooms
• modern conference facilities
• a restaurant and drink bar
• stylish interiors in a modern vintage aesthetic, blending contemporary design with retro accents

The project also includes revitalization of the hotel’s surroundings, including the construction of new surfaces and the creation of a green barrier to enhance guests’ acoustic comfort.

The investment is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
