The Company’s Supervisory Board appointed a new Management Board for the 12th term

The Company’s Supervisory Board appointed a new Management Board of the 12th term composed of:

• President of the Management Board, Mr. Wojciech Wojtowicz;
• Vice-President – ​​Member of the Management Board for Finance, Ms. Renata Morlewska – Sipior;
• Vice-President – ​​Member of the Management Board for Investment and Development, Mr. Ziemowit Borowczak.
  
  The Management Board will perform its functions from July 25, 2024.
